- Please arrive 15 minutes early to any spa service, and 5 minutes early to any hair or nail service
- No cell phones in lather lounge, relaxation lounge, or spa area
- In order for all of our clients to enjoy their service in a relaxed environment, we ask that no small children accompany you
- Our stylist are up to date with the latest trends and fashions
- If possible please bring pictures of how you would love for your hair to look when you leave
